Earth is the third planet from the Sun. It is sometimes referred to as the World, the Blue Planet, or by its Latin name, Terra.

Terra is a genus of butterfly in the family Lycaenidae

The company is named Terra because that is what we all would like to have is a piece of the Earth, land to call our own, and what better land is there than the Central Coast! 

Also, Terra means butterfly, and butterflies have always meant alot to someone very special to me, Doreen Ennis, my mother-in-law, who has been my mother for the last 26 years, she means the world to me...so this is a tribute to her.

The philosophy behind the company is to always put the clients needs first, to give the best service possible and create long lasting relationships with those clients whom by the close of escrow become friends. Also, to always continue education on the latest in real estate and real estate technology which is contantly changing.
